Who Ya Going to Call? Batman? Superman? Ghostbusters?

No...Complete Ice Arena Services!

But have you ever wondered who we call when the phrase “Let me make a quick phone call and get back to you” ends the phone call? We call Don Schlupp, Jr.!

Let us take a brief moment to introduce "Junior" for those that do not know the “Other Don”.

Don Schlupp Jr. is a Certified Ice Technician and team member at Resurfice Corp. with over 15 years of experience specializing in manufacturing, service and training of the OLYMPIA brand of ice resurfacers. Don is also the manufacturer representative for IMEO courses provided through the ORFA/USIRA Alliance as well as Owner and instructor for Canadian Ice Training. He is also one of the founding members of the A-TEAM.

Now that we are all acquainted, lets get on with it. Some of you are aware that I will be traveling to PyeongChang, South Korea to work as Assistant Chief Ice Technician for the 2018 Winter Olympic Games. We know exactly what you are thinking...who and the H E Double Hockey Sticks are you going to call?

While traveling to South Korea, I will have access to voice, text, and email, but only when a WiFi signal is available and when I am not hard at work. Don Schlupp, Jr. will be the main contact on the bat phone for routine and emergency phone calls; Chris Michaels of CTM Services will be the main contact for Olympia parts.
